精彩！全国消防行业职业技能大赛拉开帷幕

In order to thoroughly implement the series of important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the work of skilled personnel, vigorously promote the spirit of science, craftsmanship and professionalism, cultivate more “artisan elites” who keep improving and are highly skilled, and encourage the majority of fire fighting personnel to take the road of skill development and service to the country. The Ministry of Emergency Management, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League have decided to jointly hold the 2021 National Vocational Skills Competition in the Fire Industry.

9月1日上午，应急管理部消防救援局在京举行新闻通气会，介绍全国消防行业职业技能竞赛的背景意义和筹备情况。大赛组委会常务副主任、技术委员会主任、应急管理部消防救援局副局长魏汉东出席活动，组委会相关成员参加活动。

本次大赛由应急管理部消防救援局承办，是消防救援队伍首次组织举办的国家级专业技能大赛，是人力资源社会保障部、中华全国总工会、共青团中央联合举办的重要赛事，首次有国家队、专业队、企业队、社会救援力量和消防官兵参与参赛，是一场全行业、全社会广泛参与的竞技性赛事，是一次高技能、精技能的交流，更是一次多维度、多层次的形象展示。

With the theme of “Marching to victory and fighting for the people”, the competition consisted of 6 competitions including fire fighter, emergency rescuer, search and rescue dog handler, fire equipment maintainer, fire facilities operator and fire communicator, with a total of 21 modules.

为充分发挥促练、促评、促赛作用，大赛制定了多项激励政策，每项比赛前3名选手将由组委会分别颁发金、银、铜奖牌，其中金牌获得者将获颁金质头盔。
