中国救援队走出国门，为国际救援作出贡献

在国内应急救援队理顺机制、成功转型的同时，中国救援队也走出国门，在国际救援中发挥着重要作用。

2019年3月，非洲东南部莫桑比克、津巴布韦、马拉维三国受到热带气旋“伊达”袭击，风暴和强降雨引发的严重洪涝、山体滑坡、河道溃决，造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失。

经批准，应急管理部派出中国救援队65名队员携带20吨救援设备及搜救、通讯、医疗等物资奔赴灾区，中国救援队是第一支抵达灾区的国际救援队。

今年10月，中国救援队和中国国际救援队顺利通过联合国国际重型救援队考核复试，中国成为亚洲第一个拥有两支国际重型救援队的国家。

与中国救援队共同参与评估的中国国际救援队成立于2001年。 2015年尼泊尔地震中，第一支未经认证抵达尼泊尔灾区的国际重型救援队，也是第一支救援幸存者的国际救援队，共救出2名幸存者。

社会应急救援力量也逐步规范管理，参与救援的积极性不断高涨，特别是在一些重大自然灾害的救援中，大量社会力量与国家综合消防救援队等专业应急救援队伍相互补充。
