情况获悉后，石家庄市各级有关部门立即赶赴现场，指挥处置火灾。消防、公安、城管等部门共出动45辆消防车、10辆洒水车开展救援；绿园街道办事处全力出动，做好人员撤离工作。
截至13时28分，火势已基本得到控制，楼内商家、工作人员及周边7栋居民楼居民均安全疏散，无人员伤亡。火灾具体原因正在调查中。
