La brigade des pompiers forestiers du Heilongjiang a organisé un concours de compétences professionnelles de lutte contre les incendies « flamme bleue »

72 hours, 9 subjects compete one by one, 3 categories of content stubble promotion……  From September 1st to 3rd, the 2nd Heilongjiang Emergency Rescue Professional Skills Competition and the first stage of 2021 “Flame Blue” competition (fire fighting professional skills top competition) came to a close.  From the grassroots 6 detachment of 72 officers and soldiers on the same stage competition, a wonderful competition in Lindu Yichun begun.

This competition is a concrete measure of the CORPS to earnestly implement the requirements of the Ministry of Emergency Management and the Forest Fire Protection Bureau on the deployment of all-personnel training and large-scale competition. It is also a powerful way to improve professional fire-fighting skills based on the task requirements of “all kinds of disasters and large-scale emergency response”, focusing on the function positioning of “one main and two auxiliary”.

La compétition est strictement basée sur le programme d'éducation et de formation de l'équipe de lutte contre les incendies de forêt (essai), suivant de près le combat réel de lutte contre les incendies de forêt et de prairie professional training, and divides the two levels of individuals and groups, and the three categories of command skills, business skills and application physical strength.  The competition focused on 9 subjects including driving fire reconnaissance vehicles, setting up and withdrawing water pumps in the wild mountains, marching according to the map at night, disposing smoke points in special terrain, and carrying heavy marching in the wild mountains

In order to ensure the regular and orderly process of the competition, the means of location control, security alert, tracking and supervision are adopted throughout the competition.  In the competition process, the on-site evaluation group and the competition arbitration group will supervise the whole process of each link, record and record the whole process, announce the results on the spot, sign and confirm on the spot, and insist on measuring the length with a ruler.  All the participating commanders and fighters fully carry forward the “sword” spirit, with excellent quality, the highest standard, the highest level of competition, solid style, a comprehensive display of the team stage training results.
